Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
✔️ Claims for missing, defective, or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
✔️ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
✔️ Returns are not accepted for perishable, personalized, or customized items unless damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief reason for return/exchange
  • Images/videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

Step 2: Pack & Ship the Item

???? Securely pack the item using the original packaging or a sturdy alternative. Bubble-wrap fragile items to prevent damage.
???? Send it via a trusted courier service with a tracking number (return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer).
⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so please ensure proper packing and tracking.

Step 3: Processing Your Return

???? Exchange: A replacement will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after return approval.
???? Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Razorpay, etc.).

???? Non-returnable items: Customized products, perishable items, and used products cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
???? If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping charges and offer a full refund or replacement.
???? For COD orders: Refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer after verification.
